Godwin, being an energetic individual & multifaceted professional, has always been a pursuer and his goals have always been realistic. His determination to see works completed on time and the dedication that he equally exhibits to adhere to quality standards have set him apart to have this larger-than-life image in the construction industry.

From a humble beginning involving construction experiences of monitoring and guiding everyday activities at the site to designing the structural details of seaports with his graduation of Master's in structural engineering, time has shaped him to be an expert in execution and structural technicalities.

His exposure and experience gained from climbing the ladder of responsibilities have made him an efficient manager of resources too. Right from the days of initiation he has played a crucial role in the founding of Kaadosh. Here he strengthens our organization even with his very presence and along with this, his command over the industry's best practices and leadership skills we expect to set a strong footprint in this service industry of construction contracting by achieving newer milestones.

After completing his education in civil engineering, he initially envisioned starting a building materials manufacturing venture. However, his ability to assess real-world challenges and adapt to circumstances led him to gain extensive hands-on experience across various roles in the industry.

Through his work in multiple countries, he has acquired deep insights into global construction practices, project execution, and management strategies. This international exposure, combined with his technical expertise, has enabled him to successfully design and implement efficient construction methodologies.

His strong focus on client relationships, attention to detail, and leadership qualities have been instrumental in driving Kaadosh's early growth and recognition in the industry. With a balanced approach of professionalism and humility, Raymond continues to contribute significantly to the company's ongoing success and future vision.
